Capital One Tech Marketing Video Series
In its journey to be a tech company that is also a bank, Capital One needed to hire engineering talent to design and build experiences that delight customers. Our talent marketing team came to us to create video content that would give potential tech talent a glimpse into life at Capital One as an engineer.
We proposed creating a series of videos that strive to accurately portray a day in the life of different engineering roles. I felt our savvy audience would sniff out any inauthenticity, so the tech talk is real, the code is genuine and the opinions of the talent are their own.
In addition to diversity of ethnicity, we really wanted our talent’s unique personalities and backgrounds to come through in our stories. I feel we were successful and our clients are still utilizing these pieces for tech recruiting going on 5 years later.
