Brand Portal User Experience
To help its 40,000 Associates better utilize and defend Capital One’s identity and brand, we created a single digital destination to serve as a resource for news, standards and guidelines, assets and templates to help them execute their day to day work while remaining on-brand. As Creative Director for the Brand Portal, I helped steer the site’s content and design as we expanded the site’s content and functionality to better serve its users. This included new landing pages, illustration, architecture, and user interfaces.
