
All in a Day’s Work
Capital One wanted to produce a video that positioned the company as an employer where recent graduates can do meaningful work, be themselves, and be supported in their growth and development. Our approach eschewed the typical talent marketing video of the time to tell a visual story in a style that could be cut down in myriad ways for placement in multiple platforms. Narration was intentionally avoided in favor of a driving soundtrack with beautifully shot visuals that authentically depict a day in the life for college hires at Capital One.
